I was thinking about buying an USB driven web camera. Any ideas? I don't need to record sound, just the playing.
I have no ideas what a good webcam is and I've never used one. But they seem to be pretty useful when sitting next to your computer and film stuff.

Well, thanks in advance guys. laugh.gif

I got a Logitech Quickcam Sphere AF and it's awesome but a little pricey.

I just got the Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000, and it's quite allright for a webcam. Many GMC:ers use it and are happy with it.

If you do a search for "quickcam" in the forum you'll find some threads speaking about it, some of them containing samples.

Mine is one of the models above the 9000 model. It is a bit crisper I think but both are great web cams smile.gif

Yeah definitly Logitech quick cam pro 9000 or one above which OC uses!! They are both very good and should do the job well.. (They are able to capture 30fps ??! )..

These logitech models are great, but for a good quality, the cheapest miniDV cam is on a completely different level of picture quality, so if you have a chance to increase the budget a bit - get a miniDV mate.
