Why I Hate Couriers In Spain |

Some time back I ordered a new EQ for the mastering studio. It was shipped this week and I got the email notification that it was delivered yesterday.
Wonderful except the courier (big international courier) has delivered it to the wrong address and not even the wrong address but the wrong town about 1 hour away from here. I spoke to the person there on the phone who'll kindly look after it for me so I can retrieve it from there but can't go there for a couple of days as I'm really busy with work. The courier actually changed the town and post/zip code on the delivery address. (And he spelt the name of the town he delivered to wrong.) Couriers here really, really annoy me. A little OT - but as this is such a big international courier I've offered in the past to give them the sat nav location as well as the postal address for delivery. They told me they can't use the sat nav as none of their staff have GPS. So much for a technological 21st C logistic company. that sucks! I'm actually waiting for some strings to arrive from the USA and the y seem to belost, gotta go to the post office...first time it happens though, pretty annoying

Similar things have been a everywhere, also here in Serbia, is not worth losing your nerves because of it

We've had parcels thrown in a ditch, dumped in the road in the pouring rain and so on. I'm still tryimg to find a reliable international one that we can trust  .A friend who runs a computer shop here had one where the courier literally threw a package at him. Another friend in the States had a parcel left in the street in New York because the courier wouldn't deliver up to his flat (1st floor).
