Definitely, this happens from time to time to everyone! Just take a break and relax...Possibly watch a concert on DVD or something...Try again tomorrow, I'm sure you'll feel much better!

Yeah, drop it for now. Don't put it on ebay just yet though. Tomorrow you could play god like. We all have bad guitar days when nothing works.

Yup, sometimes you "recover" in like a few hours. But everyone has to take a break! Either you feel that you need one, or inserts some free days into you practice schedule on purpose so you can keep the balance this way.

I know the feeling too well. What i usually do one the days when i cant get anything right is to just take a little break or experiment with different sounds.
Like, just have fun with the instrument and effects and not really focus on anything spesific.

I know the feeling, some days it's like everything sounds awful... but when that happens I keep playing and at least I don't break my practice routine. Sometimes it stays like that the whole day, sometimes it dissapears... and the next day it all sounds good again smile.gif

Could you perhaps do some physical exercise ? Go for some running or bike spinning, play sports or go swimming ?
Working out gives that extra energy to the body and pumps the adrenaline, so you get that euphoria feeling in you which you can easily transmit to guitar wink.gif
