This thread is now even further away from 'bridge building'. And we are starting to see lots of youtube videos and even less of an objective discussion.

I will leave it open for a yet a little while to give it a last chance.

It will be slightly disappointing if we have to close this thread - I thought we were better than that. Fingers crossed.

Yes they are definitely frowned upon and possibly also bad. To refresh your memory we have had several threads containing excessive amounts of questionable youtube videos - and very little objective discussion between users. Such topics will not be encouraged.

I see. It seems like a thin line to walk on as what some consider a questionable YT vid, others may not. I don't envy your position in determining what is questionable and what isn't as it won't be easy.

For example, say a member starts a topic and uses a Project Veritas video to illustrate their point. Some may say that this is just a partisan hack spreading lies and misinformation while others may say that it is legitimate investigative journalism.

I don't think its to any use in our discussion. If this site was about gathering videos form various questionable sources I would applaud.

However this is a guitar site where people get to discuss their own opinions - about anything, since we have an off topic board.

When member discussion get sacrificed for propaganda videos, it is time to draw the line.

So to recap:

* Discussions where you objectively convey your own opinions, with your own words, without personal attacks. YES!

* Lots of youtube videos or copy paste text. NO

As for you Crsn, I think it is safe to say you have used up your quota of youtube videos in this discussion. We all know you can find lots of videos supporting your opinion, and we all know your opinion.

I'm suffering from trumps cabinet choices

Just don't pay attention, quit looking at the news. I quit looking at the news for years once, there is no point in making yourself suffer more than you have to. This will pass, something like this was inevitable, had Clinton been elected it would have just been put off, probably only for four years, and been even worse. They might have brought in a more competent person who was not deranged then who could have done more damage than this lunatic. He will screw things up royal, and quickly, just wait and see, and the rats that now surround him will scurry for safety. This nightmare will end. And all his supporters will be like those who supported the Iraq war, they won't talk about it, or just feel blameless because they will say that he deceived them.

Here is my 20 year old Cat, a night picture. I thought he was going to die over a year ago, but he just keeps on ticking, slower and slower. He started pissing in the house so I built him an apartment, put a roof on a playpen, and one door goes to a big dog carrier where he has a littler box. I give him lots of treats and chicken, I don't think I will have him much longer, so I try to treasure the time I have left, I have had 20 years of my life with that cat, so he means a lot to me. So mostly he has to stay in his apartment, but he likes going outside, and I let him free some in the house, if he pisses once in awhile that is no biggie. But he started doing it 4 times a day, so he mostly stays in his apartment when inside. It is in the part of the house I am usually in, and the dogs, so he is not alone.

I put a sweater on him when he goes out, he does not know that he likes it, but he knows that he is warmer. He is content to sleep in his kitty cuddler out there, not as anxious to come in when it gets cool as he is without his sweater. That is the thing about sweaters for dogs and cats, they typically don't realize that they like them.

Having said that - wow 20 years with the same cat, I have two cats, one for 3 years now and second for a year and a half, and already the bond is super strong. Due to my break up I'll have only the younger one, as the first one will stay with my ex:( Here is my cat in all his glory:

If anyone enjoys arguing politics as much as me, I'm a moderator at Disclose.tv

I invite you to join the forums - it's been cut throat this election season and I let everything go posted, unless it something like porn. And because I argue back, I don't moderate the threads I'm arguing in.

I think a few like minded people and myself have just about shut up the lunatic left on that site for the time being, but they'll be back, it's the nature of an International website.

I applaud Kris for how he moderates this site and to be honest I am amazed at the political discussions we've had on here.

Politics drives a wedge as we all have our particular set - and this is a site dedicated to music and enrichment. I would prefer to keep this site clean of the riffraff as Kris is doing.

But again, if you want to get all your frustration out there and tear into each other (like I enjoy doing) join the forum at disclose.tv

As far as the video section - it's user driven, so there is a ton of bullshit, just have to overlook those, but there are some great ones such as Project Veritias.

What we try to do is scrape You-Tube videos onto our servers (located in Germany) before You-Tube has a chance to censor them.

The site is free and the topics range from the paranormal, to religion, to conspiracy to politics, to Backyard BBQing.

Anyway - if you love to fight ideologies, keep this site for it's intended purpose and not particularly want to get into arguments on your FB page, join us and jump head first into the mosh pit. Bring Your Own Guts.

Hell, I even bitch at other mods.

So does this mean that mainstream news is included? It's pretty obvious that they have been engaged in propaganda, and confidence in the media to report objectively is at an all time low in this country.
Again, I don't envy your position in determining what is and what is not propaganda as it is not going to be easy for anyone these days.

I once had 8 of them. I still have 4, 2 are just a year younger than my cat pushing 20 (they are his children).

I don't want him to fail, I know he will. And a lot of people are going to have to pay a big price as it burns itself out, and even afterword. And the damage will not be restricted to the US. You live in Eastern Europe, from appearances he is going to cause a destabilization in that region, which will effect all of Europe. That is unless the Republicans in congress who know better are able to control him. Global environmental accords are going to be set back at least a decade due to this man and the Republicans, and mankind did not have a decade to spare, it might have been too late already. And there are no Republicans that might control him in this regard, most all of them want environmental restrictions abandoned.

Your cat is cute. And I am impressed with your books.

One could easily say , I have got as much as I have given, and I know this video doesn't help this discussion thats why I didn't post , but rather wanted you too see it , to get your honest thoughts . From your response , is your mind open enough to build bridges - if that's what you named this thread . Now when we were told that trump supporters are violent and racists and I have a video showing a black woman , on video , bragging that she was responsible for the violence that shut a rally down that over 10,000 attended and took time out of their schedules to attend and then had to leave. I would say that is a little more than propaganda , especially that many people got fired , I would say it was closer hard evidence . I know everyone knows where I stand , they can clearly see ( from reading responses ) where you stand, where Todd and everyone else stands .But let it be known , I have been preemptively called out on this thread , as well as been referred to as " rats " , I have been called "tea baggers " in other threads and never once have I seen someone with your views openly called out ( by moderators ) and chastised Like I have been . If you want to build bridges , from my side - you could be a little more impartial.

I truly want to build bridges , But if I am always the bad guy, I honestly ask, how am I to respond that that
