you can do it in any better video editing software than WMP. I think even Sony Vegas can do it which we all use.

Emir is right, you should have no trouble slowing it down in Vegas. There is trial versions around, test it out and if you like it purchase it - its well worth it

Yes you can do it in Sony Vegas, but results may not be awesome. Maybe you want to extract audio from those youtube videos and slow them down, without video?
Anyway, in Vegas, put the clip in the timeline, hold CTRL and stretch the video to right in order to make it longer and to slow it down. In project settings > audio > select best under Resemple and Stretch quality. That should do it Cheers, Bogdan -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

I don't know what software you are using for downloading YT videos, but if you have the chance, try YouTube Downloader. This little software has download and convert function so you can convert flv into avi, mov, mp3 etc...
Cheapest version of Vegas is Vegas Movie Studio 9 and costs around 50-60$. If you ask me - well worth piece of software. -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE
