a good investment, a couple years I put together a home gym while I was working so I would be able to work out at home during school and I am so glad I did. I dont have anything quite that fancy though laugh.gif . I have to run outside which is hazardous when its hits -40 C and in the summer time dodging skunks laugh.gif

One of those in front of the TV is definetly a great (if not the best) way to get in shape tongue.gif

You could join me in Nike's "Men vs Woman" challenge as well, though ^^
With some sensor you can put into your shoes you can keep track on how far you've run, and win the race against the other gender biggrin.gif

The past 2 months, I've been doing 15 min at 6 mph (straight), which is a lot for me since I'm normally a weight training type. I really hate doing cardio and drinking lots of water, but I've realized that you have to do it. So far I've shed 15 pounds.

Good luck man, let me know on your progress. It will help keep me motivated as well.

Remember, Powerbars are really good to curve the sweet cravings which I'm terrible for. They even recommend it after a workout so your legs/arms don't get sore the next day. After a week or so, they start become really good haha. Here's where I should say "consult a physician before any exercise routi... blah blah". I realized I was started to sound like a commercial. biggrin.gif

Addition info edit:
Also, for cheap gear... I bought a set of push-up bars for $12 like 6 months ago. I went from doing no pushups (with the bars), to doing 15 in a row with the bars. They are way harder than normal pushups. Doing 20-3 times a week have really bulked me up in the upper body.

I do personal training and nutritional consulting, so feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions you want answered. Whether your goals have to do with bodybuilding, powerlifting, endurance training, general weight loss, etc., I'd be happy to see what I can do.
