Just watched this video - naturally, they make everything look easier than it really is, (you know, cutting out all the swearing and people telling them to stop making noise in public , but I love the iPad interface, and think this is where recording is going so I think you should start thinking about this in terms of gearing up for it.

This interface looks really cool! I always liked Line 6 for the usability and plug n play value. I still enjoy my Tone Port UX2 interface very much. This could be the most versatile iPad interface out there currently?
I think making music this way can be very fun and it is so cool that the interface comes with built in Mic which makes a lot of sense due to its "portable" nature. This way of making music will certainly be the one of the future. Musicians on the road will benefit a lot from it. Also, I always wondered how it would be to completely change the scenery of my recording environment and just go out in the nature and lay down some tracks/compose songs. iPad + devices like these will certainly allow it. Also it is cool to see that Cubase has an app for iOS devices That is my weapon (DAW) of choice. -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

Fun yes.
Easy - potentially. But you do realize that that track has at least $5000 dollars of mixing, mastering and 'mobile device' optimization on it. This post has been edited by klasaine: Sep 9 2014, 02:42 AM -------------------- - Ken Lasaine
