hello,

I recently purchased the Overloud TH-U Rock Patch simulation rig. it is not the Premium version of TH-U, but it corresponds to my "need". I don't need more amps or cabs, but on the other hand, I find the product limited in effects. I looked on their site for a patch allowing me to increase my quantity of effects a little (tremolo, univibe, different reverbs, echo, comp,....) but there is not this kind of patch.

Is there a possibility to add effect vst in TH-U without having to upgrade to the Premium version ?

Yes,

I actually saw these packs, I understand then that I expressed myself badly in my post, I meant in the form of effect pedals (stomp boxes) which are on the right side in the interface of TH-U

As far as I'm aware, you can't buy individual pedals for TH-U.

Phil is right you can't buy individual pedals but you can buy pedals as part of other packages. What pedals do you want to get? Also, why pedals and not rack gear? It's software after all, so it's just knobs.

Thank you Phil and Todd for your feedback.

I wanted to have additional effects integrated into THU like Tremolo, echo, vibrato, uni-vibe, auto-wah, more reverbs, Fuzz, Treble-Booster... Finally all those old things that I like...

I bought THU just to make it easier to record on a PC, but I generally prefer playing on amps, and the problem with amps is that it's not easy to get a decent recording without spending some time .

THU surprised me with its simulations, and finally it makes my life easier with its standalone mode when I quickly want to work via the internet or with things I have on a PC.

I have seen the different racks on offer, but I find the prices high.
I imagine you will tell me that for these prices I will only have one or two pedals, but for the kind of person I am, it is difficult for me to spend so much money without having physical things in my hands.

I know you mentioned not using the full version, the thing is, by the time you add a few of the add on packs, you could just buy an upgrade to your current version as It's on sale right now for black friday. I think it's like 40% off. With a discount like that it's a steal imho.

I use it for recording and for practice. I find that I use THU for just about everything these days. It just sounds great with minimal fuss. Especially for recording.

They have several version of thu and all of them are on sale right now. Have a look.
