I remember that debate well

I was happy to find out that it didn't do anything nasty to the sound. It could have given me a nasty suprise. Mertay seemed pretty convinced about it so I started to wonder. "Is this thing gonna mess with my output/tone/signal?" or mess with my daw levels?
Thank goodness it works as advertised. When my iconnect 4+ is set as my sound card, it just turns the master volume up and down. Simple and efficient. The blue led light comes on when you turn the knob. The steel housing is nice, I was worried it would feel cheap. Feels solid as a rock. For $35, it's a steal!!! Very smooth action as well. NO DRIVERS REQUIRED! Just plug and play. *** Here is the link in case anybody wants to get one. https://amzn.to/2LQ1Alu Todd Todd I remember that debate well It's very handy indeed. My iconnect has a knob on it, but it's out of the way to reach it as it's on a stand to the right of my desk. This thing sits right next to my trackball/mouse so it's right there when needed. I don't know how I got by without it!! Todd At first I read the title as "Extremal"
This knob reminds me of the famous big red button nobody's supposed to touch. It must be really helpful. I know from my experience that I'd find use for it myself but the only thing I have is on my headset's cable. It's hard to reach when I'm playing guitar.
