Hi mate! Nice to find news from you!
That's a great lesson to work on rhythm and dynamics. I can see that you can change chords very smoothly and that you can keep the rhythm tight during the whole take. The next step is to get more of those dynamics used by Stephane. He plays softer but manages different levels of dynamics. I would start by trying to play a bit softer that louder parts of your take, does it make sense? Also, have you worked on Stephane's Funk Workouts? -------------------- My lessons

Yes, that's true! But you are doing an amazing job mate! This one is really close. Your phrasing is very fluent and the tone fits very well with the backing track.

Hi MisterM! This take would obviously pass at REC.
I'm not sure if this one is better than the previous take. The elements that can be improved here are Dynamics and Groove. Sometimes you rush a bit tempo, and the faster licks (with palm muting) could be accentuated better. As I always say, it's good to share takes at REC to receive more feedback from instructors. -------------------- My lessons
