OW MAN!!!!!After trying to remove the stuck metal ball it eventually popped out.I feel kinda relieved.

Νow to put the new string. The saddle in which the older string broke is teetering back and forth.

Its normal right as there is no string? Also the saddle's screw is a little out.Do i need to adjust it before

adding the new string?

You should first put the new strings on. Its ok that the saddle is moving around since its not under pressure of the string. Regarding adjustment screw, its ok that its in that position - it all depends on how the guitar is setup. If its comfortable for you to play (regarding string height) leave it that way.
