Hey Sean I posted two presents that we have used on our first demos with Days of Confusion some time ago here on GMC. Check them out and let me know if you like them https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=41250 Hi Cosmin thanks a lot. I just bought a Ibanez RG321 of ebay and got it set up on drop C. Here is a little play about with your patch https://soundcloud.com/sean-agnew-1990/drop-c Todd might be right, PODfarm is probably quite outdated compared to newer, more realistic VSTs/plugins these days. I use Scuffham Amp's S-Gear 2 as well, and it's the best one I've played for clean/medium gain tones with dynamics. For high gain, lately I've been using Peavey's Revalver plugin to get some pretty convincing 5150 tones! Actually, that's probably an important point - what kind of music are you making, and what kind of tones are you trying to get out of PODfarm? Hi I am mostly trying to get the tone close to the lessons I am working on it at GMC.So pretty much ranging from nice soft warm tones to full on gain tones. That Peavey Revalver sounds interesting I will check it out cheers |

I really like your harmonics at the end of metal metrics 4 Do you have the TRIAL or FULL VERSION of TH2? If you have the FULL VERSION you can grab my presets from the lesson thread as a starter Every week I put up a new preset. Here is the link to the last one. http://bit.ly/gmclesson266 The trial version won't let you use custom presets of course but it will give the general idea Try the overdrive pedal trick too Todd I have the full version. I will check out your presets. Thanks again Todd |
