Hey there Trev! You've prepared this lesson really nicely and overall progress is at the right direction. Let me point some things you might consider to improve

1.Part startting at 0:14 - there was one or two spots where you need to polish separatiojn between notes at the moments where you play other fingers for exchange with pinky.

2. Tone and volume - when you decide to use tone that is scooped at this level, it's worth adding a few more (1-2) dB'a to the track volume. You guitar is just slighlty a little to low in the mix. It of course might sound different on your speakers but that's the main problem of midrange difference between different gear to listen to a music.

3. Final part - probably the biggest issue here. Main problem with those arpeggios is to separate the notes but releasing pressure of index finger on the string you previously play. Look at Ben's index finger in his video. He does not hold it constantly, like for baree chords. That's not an easy task but probably the only way to separate the notes.

Hi man!

Besides Darius great feedback about polishing the different parts to make arpeggios sound tight and clean, I'd like to add that you need to put some focus to your vibrato technique. Malmsteen vibrato has been always wide and Ben honors it really well in the lesson since he is a master of vibrato. I recommend you to play along with the lesson and try to emulate Ben's vibrato to make it sound as wide and connected with the backing's groove as he does it.

This work combined with some more practice of the trickier parts are the next things to do.

Hi Trev, that's a sweet new guitar there, man!

Thanks for giving my lesson a bash - overall you're pretty good with technique / timing but there's a few things you can improve:

- The bend at the end of the opening run. It feels like finger strength is possibly holding you back from holding that bend fully and adding vibrato to it. You do a double bend and then hold it before letting it down. Try bending straight up to pitch and then adding some wider vibrato. As you get better you'll be able to hold the bend longer.

- Fretting hand / picking coordination goes a little off piste around 0:15. These repeating ostinatos are notorious for demanding high levels of finger independence but they're good for improving it!

- As the lads have said, your vibrato could do with being wider and more assertive but you'll get there! Well done!
