Hey guys, how's it going? I was wondering if someone can help me out with an issue I've got. I'm new to pedal boards and I've got my belt and using the TC electronics flashback delay. 2x4, no matter what I do if I sound a note and the delay starts If I turn my volume knob down on my guitar, the delay stops sounding which I don't want to happen. I don't know that pedal but it's tails that you need to look for I think.

"Trails" (or tails) only affects the repeats when you turn the pedal off. With TC pedals, they name it 'Kill-Dry on/off'. Your guitars volume will have nothing to do with that function.
Do you have the delay repeats (Feedback) set for only 1 repeat? All the way counter-clockwise? It needs to be at least at 9:00.
Some of the preset delay types that model a vintage echo effect need the Feedback set higher for more repeats.

Turn the Delay, Feedback and Level controls up to 12:00 (or higher) and see how it reacts to changes in your guitar's volume.

Thanks very much... I'm new to pedals and previouly only used FX , Axe FX , Kemper Quad Cortex... The delay pedal doesn't work at lol like it does digitally having issues getting / finding the sound I have on my head... This helps man so thanks
