I've just bought some acoustic foam from HERE, great prices and free delivery. Their spray on glue is great too.
I don't know if they deliver to Europe but worth checking out.

if there's still left you can place them right on top of you where you listen to the monitors.

I have my monitors on wall brackets about 40mm below a shelf which is over my desk. One is in a corner and the other is open. I've put one behind each monitor with the foam cut around the bracket, and the left one also has foam on the side wall to it. I've also pushed a shett of the foam between the shelf and the monitor.
Big difference with the bass notes
