Lately i been feeling a bit rusty on right hand, special on alternate pick, not in how many strokes can you do in 1 sec in one string, but changing strings.

it's like the strings gotten tightened :c, should i just give a rest for a few days? or should i just slow down "everything" and practice till everything is okay?

I agree with Qenzoz. Don't worry about it.. your mind and finger must need some rest. Take one or two days and then work on it again.

Yes, I add too - it happens often. Couple of days of rest will get the strings in their "normal" tension smile.gif

Mate, there are days when I LITERALLY feel like I haven't touched a guitar in my whole life biggrin.gif that's a good time to go out, breathe, enjoy life and get inspired. You'll suddenly feel a strange urge to go home and do something smile.gif that's the point when you'll know that the matter is urgent and it's actually nothing else but, the need to play - you'll be amazed how much force and satisfaction your guitar will offer in those moments biggrin.gif

I find that watching other people's concerts inspires me everytime. I went to see Opeth at the Sonisphere in the UK. It was short and sweet!

No way man! I was at Sonis, too. Unfortunately, I was too smashed on Sunday eve, and missed Opeth tongue.gif

Definately sounds like you just need some rest, Monkey. A day off and you'll be fine smile.gif
