I completely agree with everybody else, and give you the advice to put down a guitar for a while, and go to see a doctor-specialist for skin. Don't push it, it will do you no good man. Besides, you won't go backwards with playing, a pause of 2 weeks can turn out to be quite good, you will leave time for your playing to really settle down, and will return in shape in a matter of one week of focused practice. Health is THE MOST important thing.

You need to stop playing and let fingers heal ! Also you could go to a dermatologist to see what skin condition exactly is it and help you heal it once and for all..Also use that cream that was prescribed to you before...Not playing for some time and getting rid of the problem once and for all will be a big thing for you and than you could practice like crazy
