This Riff Starts in B Minor then shifts down a whole step. So to solo over, you may need to skip down a whole step (two frets) with it. Give this a shot and please do share your results!!

Starting Key is B MINOR!

The real trick to this is getting to the level where the transition is seamless, I tend to be very noticeable, usually having a gap like there's two solos rather than one.
Practise practise practise.

Success is not obtained overnight. It comes in instalments; you get a little bit today, a little bit tomorrow until the whole package is given out. The day you procrastinate, you lose that day's success.

Find the common tones of Bm and Am: B, D, E, and depending on the type of minor you're using, A.
Use these common tones as way to pivot between chords or as a held long note over the two chords at the end of a line.

Also check out the 1/2 step (one fret) movement between the two chords: C# to C or C# to D or B to C or F# to G.
And again depending on the type of minor, E to F.
Play a lick that ends on one of these notes for the Bm and start the next lick on the the note one fret (1/2step) away for the Am.
