OK Guys, I need some suggestions for tracks you'd like to hear if you went to see an 80's Hair Metal covers Band.
I'm in the process of putting this together for a one-off show later this year and possibly more to follow if all goes well.
Some songs already on my list are:-
Whitesnake ~ Here I go again.
Def Leppard ~ Pour some sugar on me.
Twisted Sister ~ I am, I'm me. I wanna Rock.
Skid Row ~ I remember you.
Poison ~ Every Rose.
Motley Crue ~ Red Hot, Knock em Dead, Looks that kill, 10 seconds to love, Shout at the Devil, Girls girls girls.
Warrant ~ Cherry Pie, Bitter Pill, Family Picnic.
WASP ~ Blind in Texas.

All suggestions will be considered!!!
I thank you for your help!!

Ratt- Round & Round
Bon Jovi- Livin' on a Prayer
GnR- Paradise City

Those songs go over very well when I have seen an 80's hair metal tribute show. smile.gif

Tesla - Modern Day Cowboy

Warrant - Uncle Tom's Cabin, Where the Down Boys Go

Cinderalla - Nobody's Fool (I never dug them)

Ratt - Round and Round, Lay It Down

Bullet Boys - Smooth Up In Ya

Dokken - Into the Fire, Breakin The Chains

Queen - Anything by Queen

And my favorite 80s metal hair band, that's not an 80s hair band - Steel Panther - 2 in the Pink 1 in the Stink, Fat Girl

Also Ozzy Went through a Hair Metal phase with Bark at the Moon - some great songs on that album.

Fine suggestion smile.gif I also like the inclusion of BLIND IN TEXAS! You could always pull in some a bit cheese that works as a crowd pleaser like FLY HIGH MICHELLE or FLY TO THE ANGELS smile.gif

every Sunday there is a metal show hosted by dee snyder(twisted sister), if there is one in your area , I would listen , because thats what is popular in your area . I would start there . I am not going to give you my cheesy guilty pleasures for that reason, what I like might not be what is popular across the pond , but this is the criteria my band would use for choosing songs

Dee Snyder and The House of Hair! Alice Cooper has a radio show like this too. smile.gif

Three 80's hair band must play songs.

Slide it in, (Whitesnake)
Lick it up, (Kiss)
Spit it out, (Whitesnake)

Great idea about 80s Hair Metal band smile.gif
We don't have any local bands with such a playlist.

Some ideas (not sure if its technically Hair Metal though hehe) :

Alice Cooper - Poison
Bon Jovi - Runaway
