Hello folks, I hope you're all well, not been around much lately but still getting GAS once in a while.
Got this as a B grade stock item. Guitar is perfect, only thing wrong was some damage to the original Ibby box. Plays great, fret ends are superb, frets themselves need a bit of a polish or a good playing in to get them super smooth but really really can't complain for £160, they retail between £200-£230. If you're after a bit of fun or something to throw in the back of the car when you go travelling, this might just be what you need. Will also help with developing a light touch, being such a short scale it goes sharp easily when you press too hard. They say going to thicker strings helps stability too Here's Paul demonstrating. https://youtu.be/rQKlse6fVuI https://youtu.be/rFByyTMVUt4 And here is Ola chugging https://youtu.be/WhRikkkt2aM This post has been edited by Phil66: Feb 21 2023, 09:54 PM -------------------- SEE MY GMC CERTIFICATE “Success is not obtained overnight. I love the look of the PGM100, but I know I wouldn't get on with it.
I'd love to build a telecaster version of it as a tribute -------------------- My SoundCloud
