Thanks for the report Ulrik - does it work for you now? (I have just tried logging in the chat)
This looks like it was the error on the chat server. -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

No it's the same. I logged on when Cosmin was on, I could see and hear the chat but not participate by writing/reading comments. And it's the same with other browsers too. So is my PC acting up again? Try deleting browser cache and logging in again. Chat component is Java, make sure you have that enabled. Also, try logging out and in again on the GMC front page. -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

Hey Bogdan! I was having the same problem as well and turned Java on and I thought it was working but no one was chatting so I wasn't sure. I tried again today and same as Ulrik, can not participate reading or writing responses. I did enable Java and reset my browser (Safari). I also tried Firefox and it wouldn't work either but I did get a message saying I was missing a plugin, but when I went to install it just says plug in can not be found. So I'm basically still stuck at the screenshot I sent you. I am on my work computer though , I'll try it from the house when I get home. Please let me know when you try it from the home computer - maybe they have blocked those scripts from running on work computers Also - please try installing latest version of Java. -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

Bogdan, works fine on the home computer.
Guess I shouldn't be trying to log into the chat while I'm at work anyway. -------------------- |

Hi Ulrik,
Did you recently install the Java version 7? Here is a possible solution worth trying: CODE To resolve the issue with the latest update of Java, please try the following:
(You must close all browsers first before doing this) 1. Open your computers control panel. 2. Double click the java coffee cup. 3. Click the "Settings" button. 4. Click the "Delete Files" button. 5. Check ALL things to be deleted including "Installed Applications and Applets". 6. Click "OK" Once you've done this open your browser and see if it works. -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

Try it in a different browser. You should be able to now reload the whole chat plugin and it should work.
If not - try re-installing Java once again now. Sorry for the trouble - this is information I could dig up about the chat client application. -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

Yesterday I logged in just to see what would happen. I could actually interact with others. I don't know what made it work but it does work now. The chat had been a bit changed since August, maybe that has had some effect? Hi Ulrik - yes we have launched a completely new, upgraded video chat (which features two-way video communication). Click here for more info : https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=46863 I'm really glad it works for you now! -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net
