Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Nice playing mate! I dig it. The only thing I would suggest is digging in more with the pick on certain notes to accent the phrases like Sco does. He gets that "growl" on certain notes that really bring his voice out on the guitar, might want to check that out a bit, maybe transcribe a few of his solos to get that feel down pat. Otherwise great playing!

I love Scofield style! Well executed lesson smile.gif Good point from Matt. Try to add some more accents - inscrease sensitivity of dynamics and it would be perfect. Not much to complain here. Very good work smile.gif

Hi Baha! Great to find a take from you at the REC! I think that your groove and feeling are very good on this one. This is a very good take, besides dynamics that Matt and Darius already talked about, there is a lick at 00:26 that doesn't sound clear.
Keep on the good job! wink.gif

Hey there my friend!

Great playing and tone, I don't see anything that should be taken care of, aside that lick at around 0:26 and the dynamics you could involve! You did a fine job as an ensemble!
