Superbly impressed with the album. The only other album this year I think that has a chance is Dream Theater's "A Dramatic Turn Of Events" or Opeth's "Heritage". Songwriting is excellent, and yet again Matt Heafy has really improved his vocals, diving a tad bit into falsetto styles on this one.

wou! The song "in Waves" is awesome! The soune is killer, and I always enjoy when this metalcore bands add melodic choruses.. it they don't I get bored after 2 songs...
