I got a message earlier today from ESJ suggesting that we implement a "crit 4 crit" (or c4c) system much like UG has, And I have been wanting to do this for a long time.

And since we have a lot more people contributing to the lyrics board now, I think now is the optimal time to introduce such a rule. We all pretty much follow this anyway, But the idea is basically this. I post some new lyrics up, and ESJ goes through them and gives his oppinions and thoughts on them, offering the advice he has, and then if ESJ has lyrics that he has just put up, Or I have not posted on, he can ask for "crit for crit", Provide a link and then I will do the same with his lyrics.

Pretty simple concept, And I don't any of us will find this to be anything weird really. This way we all get the constructive criticism we would like to have, and it gives a bit more depth to the lyrics board.

So, starting now I am implementing this rule, And I dont like to call it a rule, more of a suggestion. I can't force you to do it, But it does help out the board (and GMC as a whole), And I don't think any of you will mind doing this. Just know that if someone asks for c4c, Take the time and give it to them, Make the board a bit more lively smile.gif

Well thats it then, Thanks to ESJ for reminding me about this today wink.gif

I thought about such system, but never knew something like that exist. I like the idea, and will comment all the lyrics that will be posted from now on. Even though I write 1 song per 6 months or more wink.gif

^ Well in your case Marek. You could always provide old links to some things that you want to be Reviewed.
That way, even you are improving your own writing smile.gif
