That is a 1964 Sears (US dept. store) Silvertone. They were made by Danelectro.
The body is two pieces of masonite (steam-cooked and pressure-molded wood fiber). Neck is probably maple but the fingerboard is Brasilian Rosewood. The pickups are 'lipstick' single coils.
*It was marketed with a case that had an amp built into it. I have that too.
