im not sure what you have but i did have tendenitis for a month or so because i practiced way to hard to little break and didnt warm up as well as i should have. and the mouse thing, maybe you can use the mouse with your other hand for sometime Look here if you want to know: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Repetitive_strain_injury I know it isn't JUST guitar that has caused this as I said due to the fact I'm and IT student and use the computer a lot there's a lot of wrist movement so I'm pretty sure it has mainly come from that. Also like I said I had something like it before but not as bad and that was back when I was playing a lot of computer games. |

The mouse pad with the foam is one of the best investments I made when working. I type everyday big amounts of stuff on keyboard and had to get it. It saved my right hand's wrist so to speak.
I also noticed that it is MUCH better to warm up the wrists with some workouts before typing anything on PC. I get some pain if I don't do that, and the pain is increasing over the years I also use Logitech Wave Keyboard, which is good as if has wavy ergonomic surface, but I think those ergonomic keyboards are even better (the ones with split keyboards for left and right hand). Take some time adapting, but it's WORTH IT. -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE
