You gotta love the name!! IT's cool that they have a candidate. Even an ELMO impersonator got elected!! They make 75,000 euro per year now!! Spiff eh?
Todd The Monster Raving Loony Party was founded by musician Screaming Lord Sutch, he led the party until 1999 when he died. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screaming_Lord_Sutch He went from obscurity to world wide fame via the news networks picking up on it. You gotta say, a guy in a cape with a massive helmet. It seems a bit wild but he's actually serious. Can't wait to see how this all turns out. Excellent!!! Here he is outside Maidenhead Town Hall (used in a couple of Carry On films too!!) |
