Hey Pedja,
here's the Jazz standard I have tried to incorperate some of the things we looked at over the past couple of months. It didn't turn out how I envissaged but time was of the essence so... Really sorry it's late, I had planed to do it wednesday afternoon but got back from work in the afternoon and was quite physically sick and had to rest as had a football match in the evening. (we did win though ) I was flat out Thurs, Fri & Sat so today was the first chance. Peace |

Hey Pedja, here's the Jazz standard I have tried to incorperate some of the things we looked at over the past couple of months. Peace Hey Kieran, Thank you for doing all the assignments (more or less) on deadline. I really appreciate it man. After listening to Take the a train standard I just realized that tempo is a bit low in this one. When you are practicing this one, try to raise tempo by at least 10 more bpm. Melody sounded very unnatural to me when I was listening to it. I did like the ideas in there, especially the fact that you picked up some "licks" and ideas from lesson I assigned you - very cool stuff!!! I will very soon open new thread for May where you will get your assignments for month of May. Once again, great work for April considering less time we had to work on everything. Expect the new thread later today or tomorrow latest! Pedja |
