First up, thanks to all who participated.

The strongest response was for more Death Metal (technical) lessons. Examples given were Mors Principium Est and Gory Blister .

Next, more Metalcore lessons in the style of Misery Signals, Killswitch Engage and Underoath.

Then, more Pentatonic Shred lessons.

Fusion Lessons in the style of Tom Quayle, Guthrie Govan and Greg Howe.

Acoustic lessons in the style of Antoine Dufour and Paco de Lucia. And a campfire/country acoustic lesson (designed to impress listeners).

Rock ballads: Dokken, Zakk Wylde.

Southern Rock: Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers.

Rockabilly: Stray Cats, Brian Setzer.

Punk: Sex Pistols style.

There was a strong call for a lesson on how a song is composed ... from the original idea, through each stage (choice of scales, theory etc.), to the recording of each track (not just the guitar parts). Maybe a video diary of your next song Kris?

Also, a guitar harmonizing lesson which includes the theory.

A lesson/tutorial on guitar tone. Perhaps this could revolve around how to achieve the guitar tones for particular styles or artists.

Many members want to see more of the theory behind the lessons. How the chords were selected etc.

There were many requests for Jason Becker and Steve Morse style lessons.

There were individual requests for the following lessons:

Eric Clapton from the Cream era
Jimmy Page
Sublime
Coheed And Cambria
Saliva
Neil Young
Buckethead
Slayer-style whammy bar soloing
Folk metal Amorphis
Gothic/Doom Metal (Paradise Lost, Draconian)
Sonic Mayhem
Don Felder
Paul Gilbert (Racer X style)

Over to you Kris and our very special GMC instructors.
