Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Here is my take on the Pantera Style Lesson by Lian

Original Lesson https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/panter...le-part-1-of-3/

Used a Canon ZR500 DV camcorder for the video recording. Guitar is a 2003 USA Jackson Soloist SL2H fitted with Seymour Duncan JB TB4 (bridge) and '59 SH1N (neck) pickups. Guitar and audio running through a Digitech GNX4 direct into Pro Tracks Plus for mixing.

I didnt nail the harmonics at the beginning but it was tough without a count-in. Anyways..I tried to capture the Live brutal sound that Pantera had....hope it worked wink.gif

Cheerz

Drew

hey man, well done! it´s a great take, you have played it correctly. there´re some timing problems but nothing too important to worry about.
at 00.22, pay attention on your palm muting. there´re some unwanted noises in there.
besides these little details, it was a good job man! keep´em coming!

I don't see any serious problem, maybe you need 5% more precision and that's it
