"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

Yeah, spot on! Maybe You already tried it ??? Its a lovely instrument, it was really better when I took it home than when I listened tro it in the shop.... There was only two guitars in question and since I dont wanna pay a ridiculous prize (see my signature), this was the only one left. (I also went to Copenhagen and Halmstad) At first I thought it had'nt so much vintage tone and I didn't like that it was a Humbucker in the treble position but I must confess that I changed my mind.... and the playability is fantastic! (even though i dont have the strings with low action)

Hehehe, that was my baby tongue.gif yeah I've tried it out a few times, it was mainly that guitar that made me crave for a Suhr guitar. The resonation, sparky strat sound just blew me away. Unfortunately for me the guitar was to expensive at the moment, but now I know it has found itself a good owner smile.gif
Would you mind telling me the spec for the neck? (neck radius and shape) never got the chance to ask the staff at musikbörsen.

The specs for the neck is 10-14'' radius (eg. it flattens out along the fretboard) and C-shape without any laquer on the back.... but if You order one directly You can specify whatever You want since this one is one of their custom built one's even that it is named "classic". (they have some cheaper ones with standard specs...)

Really nice tone there mate and very classy playing, so relieved not to hear shred for a change! I really like your ideas and you have a very nice axe too, are they hot rails in that?

So it is 10-14'' radius, niice! which of the even C-shapes is it? RB? Slim? extra slim?
Im in the plans of ordering a custom classic some day in the future. The specs are almost finished, except for the neck shape, and that's why i want to know about the name of the shape, so i know which will be smaller/bigger compared to the neck on your suhr which btw felt really good in my hands.

Thank's alot smile.gif I really dig Amplitube 2 the sound combinations are almost infinate. I've even managed to get a decent Elmwood M60 Modena preset. It really sounds just like a modena.
I've had some guitars in the past, but I've always ended up with my strat in the end, it's almost perfect to me and it feels and sounds good. No they are actually DiMarzios. Chopper in bridge position, Pro Track in middle and Cruiser in neck position. Killer combination wink.gif

Bravo ! biggrin.gif I enjoy you make the blues less blue... smile.gif I feel your playing is much more cheerful than what blues usually is. Anyway, great sense of melody and awesome phrasing ! smile.gif Keep it up man ! biggrin.gif
