Build Your Own Guitar

May 10 2008, 12:54 PM	Instructor (former GMCer Zizi Top) Posts: 792 Joined: 29-December 07 From: Paris France	I was thinking of building my own guitar, i know that it takes a lot of work, so i was wondering if i should buy parts of the guitar and assemble them (like marcus did) or completely build a guitar. Some friends told me that we can find master classes (or a somebody who can teach how building guitars), it cost 'bout 1000€ but you once you've done it, you win your own built guitar ! but i didn't find this masterclass, it's maybe just a legend lol i also found a site, that have some interesting informations 'bout buildings guitars. I could never build a guitar myself, only play it and tweak it, but if I had some spare time why not. My suggestion is to first make a guitar out of spare parts.
