What unusual or weird guitars do you know of? Here is the Maton El Toro made from 1968-1970. Unusual shape (if the horns were sharper it could be deadly) and 31 frets for a two and a half octave range.

Well since the first guitar was a guitar modeled after balls then I dont think this one is as bad, but yeah its a:

know lots of them... I live for weird guitars.
theres the "strawberries," which were created for the band strawberry alarm clock, their bodies curved around all the way to the headstock and the neck was between two holes in the body there was one with 42 strings on five or six necks, and there is all of those reverse guitars gibson is making. Theres also all those freak ones on guitar hero 3, shaped like moons, sharks, ladys, kittys, bats, lasers, etc, etc. There's all of bo diddley's guitars too.

Look at the topic for my guitar... Finished Guitar Build Gear: Homemade strat (You still need to look at its topic!) Squier strat (probably going to get rid of it and get another guitar instead) :) Line 6 spider amp (not actually used for anything, just acts as a speaker) Digitech Gnx2 (kind of old, but cheap, and sounds amazing!) |
