Titles Under Your Name, Titles and Practice agenda

First am curious to know why is it some of the members have titles like Experienced tone seeker, learning roadie etc. I'm assuming it has something to do with how many rec takes you do ??? The other question is the Practice agenda, whats the deal, I get what it is! Is it assigned?
