I've just been trying to work them out listening to the mp3 on my phone in hotel room. I think I recognise some but need my guitar to check.

Success is not obtained overnight. It comes in instalments; you get a little bit today, a little bit tomorrow until the whole package is given out. The day you procrastinate, you lose that day's success.

The trick is listening to this one three times. The first time identify the lower note, then the higher note. Finally, the third time you listen to it you should singe both, one after the other and try to recognize the interval. It can be tricky but after some practice you should be able to hear and differentiate the two notes.
