Year, the left hand is easier than counterpoint music.
But clean right hand arpeggio is really tough. You can try this on the electric guitar with a pick, it would be a great picking exercise.

I've got the original idea of transcribing from Christopher Perkening's transcription, playing the piece in the original key, but after I finished transcribing myself, I found Mr. Perkening's edition is one measure missing from the original score. So, I can claim this transcription as my original one, being copyright free from Mr. Perkening's!
