Improvising with the Ionian mode (AKA Major scale). I am presenting you with some more creative ideas that will hopefully break up the sound for you a little bit.

How to improvise, what scales to use, where to get ideas? I will be talking you through my mental and theoretical approach to improvisation which will include thematic development and interval stacking.

In this lesson we will work on a few sequence ideas. They will come in very handy while improvising as they should be automatically played without putting too much thought to it. They are great when you need to tie two musical ideas together.
