Great lesson Joe!!!
Well it is used all along the solo! More then see the pentatonic plus the 9th, I played a six-notes scale.
Nice lesson, I'll be practicing this one.
Also, I would it be a good idea to put a notification in the video showing when the 9th note is being played?
I remember in a past, similar, lesson Kris had suggested this.
I love the feel in this solo! Great lesson Joe
The add 9th gives another color to the sound which I like very much

Good one Joe,
many will nicely expand the old penta sound
with this.
great lesson Joe, these licks will come in handy with the natural minor, I love your guitar too!
Very nice use of the 9th! Good lesson, should give people an option of adding some flavour to their pentatonics and solo work.
Great one Joe. Very nice use of the 9th note, nice solo too
Very nice illustration of the add 9th sound, and nice phrases as well, thanks Joe!
This should be an excellent lesson if you know your pentatonic box(es) and want to add some flavor.
