Introduction


Been a little while since I uploaded a lesson onto the boards, as you may know I`ve been working with a great group of guys on the Mentor Training Program, it struck me early on that I could try and do a lesson that incorporated aspects and exercises of Instructor lessons that we`d been looking at and compile it into one compact lesson for the guys to include as part of their practice routines to save a little time allowing them to concentrate on other lessons as well user posted image

Hopefully I`ve managed to achieve what I started out to do, this is a perfect place to upload the lesson as hopefully it will benefit anyone else on GMC as well user posted image

I`ve tried to cut the lesson down into small sections so that you can work easier on each section at a time user posted image
