Kristofer Dahl
Kristofer Dahl (born September 12, 1981 in San Fransisco, CA) is a Swedish guitarist and aspiring vocalist best known for creating guitarmasterclass.net.
He has also produced lessons for youtube.com, ultimate-guitar.com and freelicks.net.

Early History
Because of his father's profession as a Swedish diplomate Kristofer has lived in Africa, Switzerland, Jerusalem, Russia and Sweden.
He picked up the guitar at the age of 10 and started practicing seriously at the age of 18. He took regular lessons during one year learning theory with Therion guitarist Kristian Niemann.
Before deciding to professionally go for a music carreer he sudied matheology, informatics, environmental care, political science and even sportfishing.
In 2006 he decided to try and become a professional singer.
Online projects
Kristofer's first website was freelicks.net created in 2005. In 2006 he started the Shred Masterclass series at ultimate-guitar.com as well as guitarmasterclass.net. In late 2006 he started cooperating with the dubious character MR GuitarTube - and together they collected more than a half million youtube views.
Kristofer is currently devoting all his energy to developing guitarmasterclas.net - also known as GMC.
Musical projects
Kristofer recorded an album with the experimental fusion band Artifex with drummer/co-writer Gustav Almlöf and bassist Magnus Östborg in 2004.
His current band involvement is with fellow Guitarmasterclass instructor Marcus Lavendell - a project is called KMC Metal.
