Recovering from an injury or boosting your stamina

Hopefully enough, nobody will need this too often but, here is a new bio-mechanics video quick tip showing a simple exercise which is good for people whose hands have been weakened while recovering from injuries.
If you want to boost your stamina you can combine it with the one using the rolling weights (posted in March)
It is best for those who have been damaged so bad, that they can't even use a Gripmaster (the nifty finger strength developing gadget)
