Sound: 10 The sound on this album is in lack of better words Breathtaking. The orchestra work is the most beutifull thing i have ever heard before and combine that with powerfull guitarplaying from Luca and great lyrics then you get a sound that will take beyond imagination. The drum and base create a very great rythm that really fits well with the orchestra.

Guitarwork: I think that Luca has a very unique style of rythm that i have not seen in many other bands wher he uses muted tremelo picking that he fits in with the drum and base. Its like its ther but its not the first thing you notice in the song. The solos that he plays are very fast and they can pop up anywhere in the song and when the solos come its time to sit back and enjoy.

Lyrics: The lyrics are very powerfull and fits extremely well with the orchestra. And i must say that along with the Orchestra the lyrics makes alot of the album.

From The Power of the Dragonflame

FROM THE SILENT HILL WE SCREAM LOUD YOUR NAME MIGHTY POWER OF THE DRAGONFLAME FROM THE MOUNTAINS PROUD AND STRONG WE CALL OUR DRAGONLORD

From Steelgods of the last Apocalypse

From this grey prison I look at you my lost and beloved wasted holy town I call the prophecy's miracle the thunder of the ancient book's word

WE ARE... WE ARE THE ONES... WHO'LL FACE THE STEELGODS OF THIS LAST APOCALYPSE... ...OF THE LAST APOCALYPSE!

Overall impression:

This by far my favorite album. I simply love orchestral music and fast guitasolos and this gives you both along with great lyrics this is an album i think no one should be without.
