First Impression
I read the manual before I got the unit and I was a bit concerned about too many option etc. But after only few minutes of messing with it I realized it's magical...really magical.
Sound
It's really top class. I had lots of problem with effects on some previous units, reverb sounds nice when I'm playing alone but it creates a whole mess inside of mix, when bend is playing etc. That's not the case when it comes to G-Force,effects sort of "vanish" in mix, leaving your tone untouched. By the way, effects are not ruining your tone like on many other units, per example reverb, you can hear your tone dry in the middle of picture while reverb is around it,awesome. Not to mention routing display, you can set order of effects, serial or parallel, sound options are endless here.
Ease Of Use
Having on mind all the options and possibilities, this unit is really easy to use. It has scrolling display which is major thing when it comes to editing, all you have to do is to enter the effect block and set everything you need by scrolling through parameters up or down,it's really easy. Another cool part is that you can recall single blocks from preset/user sounds you like. Per example, you take compressor block/settings from preset 89,chorus from preset 4, delay from preset 50 and reverb from preset 65. You put ALL that into user location you're making and voila...great tone in less than one minute.
Overall Impression
The best guitar effects unit I've tried so far.
