Damn, Sken! Check out my thread "BRB, work", as I will have some problems recording vocals, and probably also will have even when I move out, as there are elderly people living in the other apartments.

Man, that sucks. Should I start to try and find some members that may be interested in doing some vocals?

I am waiting my recording stuff to arrive. I tried to record using mic and pluggin the guitar directly in computer, but it sounds ugly.

I dont know how much time you can wait. I talk to Matt (from Matt Music) and he asked me to wait and if next wednesday the goods did not arrived, he will send me another package.

So this can take more 15 days... if its too long, I am sorry to say that I will not be able (or if someon has another idea of how to record, I am open ears.

Thanks
Xicoria

i should do verse 3 + chorus, which i hope to record next week... i have 2 questions: should we send a video, too?
and should i record the whole song and you take the section verse 3+ chorus out or shall i just record this part?
and do i have to record it with the backing?

Hi Wollace03,

Yes, give me a take with the backing and without. No need to record the whole song, unless you want to. Send me the video as well. smile.gif

Also for all, Here is my email so if you like, you can send to me direct and not use any of youre upload space. It's up to you. smile.gif If you send it direct, I will announce in the uploads thread that I have it. smile.gif

I could do a little piece, like a verse and together with some people the chorus, but I'm not realy excited about it tongue.gif My singing is OK, but not realy good tongue.gif

So: I can do it, if you find other people, I'm just as happy with them singing tongue.gif

Sorry to have had to bail out on this one, people.

As you may have read, I have no place to stay next month either - well, I have - but not my own... so recording options are still limited to none what so ever.

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

I'd say by the number of uploads we have, yes upload a rhythm take, verse and chorus. smile.gif May even need you for a lead role. tongue.gif
Be sure to include your initial or name in your take so I can manage the uploads a bit better. Thanks guys!
