Heeeey.
The first position of triads in C major could not to film because i have an acoustic guitar and i can't touch very well some notes at the end of the neck. I have here the second position 5-1-3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBTGr2IGcco Heeeey. Hey mate This is good but it could use a bit more practice - you see, some of the positions sound a bit out of tune - have you checked the guitar before recording?

Mate, the important thing here is that you check your guitar each time before recording something - it should always be in tune before the recording process So, let's make a deal between ourselves, that you will always check the tuning, ok?
Now, I would also like you to take a look over this lesson: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Invert...ds-Progression/ It is a good way to notice chords at work in a more musical context Lay down a video for this one as well mate and then I will give you your first creative assignment, deal? |

Hey man - excellent!!
Great work as usual I must say, I like working with you a lot So, I would like you to compile a bit of the knowledge you have gathered so far for the following task: - We will use the I V vi IV progression (in C major that would be C G Am F) - Please set the metronome at a speed at which you feel comfortable - Use the finger picking patter you have learned in the previous lesson (your last recording) - Record the progression using as many positions on the neck as possible for the given chords in the progression - first in a direct state (root note in the bass) then use some voicings of your choice (voicings - forms of a chord that have other notes in the bass rather than the root, i.e. the 5th or the 3rd) Let me know if everything is ok and then after recording this task, I would like you to tackle this one: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Violins-Hybrid-Picking/ Cosmin |
