UI looks good, looks like the best bit of the others all put into one package, think it's about time to get rid of that old wooden floor though
I'll be trying it out but it has to be good to beat TH-U imho, especially at the price. -------------------- SEE MY GMC CERTIFICATE “Success is not obtained overnight. I wonder what kind of power computer will be needed for low latency?

There is a free version (not trial) that gives you the basics and you can buy components as you go along.
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/amplitube5cs/ Interesting, maybe you all knew but I didn't, when you set up an account there is a tick box that says "I hereby authorize Fender Musical Instruments Corporation to process my personal data for marketing purposes, limited to products developed under the Fender license" You also get this free https://www.ikmultimedia.com/news/?id=freememoryv UPDATE: Immediate reaction it seems too complicated, TH-U was so easy out of the box, I think it has a much steeper learning curve than TH-U but not necessarily super hard. I can't see how to get a demo of the MAX version, I've installed the Custom Shop but it's pretty limmited. +1 After a bit more testing, their preset mentality isn't working for me either. With THU (and likely kemper though I never used one), presets based on amp is much better for me. With amplitube its like a synth preset database like genre, neck pickup...no thanks. Also I had a feeling they are much less devoted to making high-gain tones and cleans often drowned by fx. It's not like there aren't cools sounds in there but I guess not for me mostly. Yep, it's odd that when you close it down it asks if you want to save the SONG!!!!! TH-U is just like having a room full of gear and patch cables and your own guitars, much better for me, Amplitube, for me, is just too convoluted It's a strange piece of software imho -------------------- SEE MY GMC CERTIFICATE “Success is not obtained overnight.
