Old strings or maybe bad intonation setup.
How old are your strings? And btw, you haven't transposed it correctly, it should be 18b20 on B string and then 17 on high E if you are playing the same thing one octave higher. However transposing into another key is ok but then you should play 14 on high E, not 12. -------------------- Youtube

Hello Raph,
in order for "frets" to be in tune all over the neck you need to "intonate" your instrument.
