One of my favorite bands, Widow Sunday, played their last show yesterday. I had the opportunity to see them live about a year ago at a tiny local show with maybe 20 people in a small building and them and the other bands played like there were 100,000 people. It was a great show, and it's a bummer that they announced that they are calling it quits. So I would like to dedicate this thread to all of your favorite bands that are no more.

yeah, it must have been awesome to see them in such a small gig biggrin.gif

I miss Alice in chains with Layne on vocals, I can still listen to them now and be amazed at how dark they could be.

also 'Unida'. such a cool groove of a band. with John Garcia on vocals who is the king of baddassery.

I agree everytime, I hear this song it's just as powerful as the first time I heard it.

Cool song! It's always sad when good bands can't go on. I have to say, this band could have easily been Five Finger Death Punch and gone on to world wide fame. But they'd have had to do a Ballad first. Then they could have had the fame/money. smile.gif
