Hi all,
I am inspired by the lesson from Kris: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Your-First-Phrases/ My idea is, that everyone of us (students and instructors) share with us his favourite licks from the GMC lessons. The licks can be from all levels over 1 to 5 bars for example. When we have 50 licks (or more) I will make a "guitar book" called "The GMC Hero Licks Collection" (or something like this) with the licks and corresponding audio from the lesson. Therefor I need a screenshot from the lick, the link to the corresponding lesson and the moment when the lick is played from the instructor. I think thats a great and helpful thing to have a "GMC Lick Collection" from the GMC lessons. What do you think??? I think it's an awesome idea!!!
 Damn, it's very hard for me to choose only few licks because we have so many amazing lessons but.......my first option is a lick from my favorite lesson from GMC BTW I tried to put a screenshot with the lick from the pdf file but even if I resize the image was impossible to upload this. You can share not only one lick, please share 3 or 4 of your favourite licks if you want! There is no limit...

Here's a couple of my favourite licks...
Lesson: Blues Licks 3 Difficulty: 4 Instructor: Gabriel Leopardi Time: 0.21 Lick:  This whole lesson is really good actually. I still remember how awesome I felt when I first played the last lick at full speed Its one of those licks ( in fact the whole lesson ) where although it is relatively difficult to learn it sounds WAY more complicated than it actually is..... which is great! As we are talking about heroic licks I would also include another one from Mr Higgins. The final cascading lick from 'Cross to bear'. Unfortunately I cant play it but it is heroic and if I ever manage to play it I too would be heroic. Ben posted a lesson on it here but it looks and sounds like this -  Lick - 3:50 btw this song should be included in the soundtrack for the TV show 'Vikings' ..... just sayin'. --------------------  You say 'minor pentatonic ' like it's a bad thing |
