Excuse my langage unsure.gif

I started playing the guitar at age 15, I stopped at 23/25 years. (self-educated)
2 years ago I decided to start over ....

I subscribed and I learn Shuffle Rhythm and Solo (With Sinisa Cekik) . I will make a video when I am ready ....

Hey Mister M - welcome to GMC! biggrin.gif

In fusion you can use the exact same licks as in rock - the only difference is that you are much more aware of the chord progression when playing. With this awareness you can target notes that sound wrong but still end your phrases on notes that sound right. Today's new lick - although very difficult to play - is a good example of that: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Rock-F...n-Outside-Lick/

So my advice would be for you try to play your rock licks over a more fusion sounding chord progression - here is a an example which involves 4 modulations (change of key). For each chord you must change scale: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/greg_howe_techniques/

It's great to have you on board! cool.gif
